[90] Практика йоги сновидений подобна объезживанию коня.
Через нее, практик осваивает манифестацию и трансформацию, объединяя проявления дня и ночи.
Это мера пути.
Это совет моего сердца.
[91] Иллюзорное тело подобно отражению луны в воде.
Эти наставления освобождают от привязанностей к обыденным феноменам, 8 мирским дхармам и цеплянию за существование "Я".
Это основа пути.
Это совет моего сердца.
[92] Пхова подобна гигантской гаруде парящей в небе.
В одно мгновение она переносит в чистую землю.
Это посланник пути.
Это совет моего сердца.
[93] Практика йоги бардо подобна путешествию по знакомой дороге.
Свободный от страха, практик распознает неведение как собственную проекцию.
Это ресепшн пути.
Это совет моего сердца.
[94] Глубокий путь Шести Дхарм подобен всё содержащей сокровищнице.
Он содержит суть всех классов тантр.
Это высшие наставления.
Это совет моего сердца.
[88] The wisdom blaze of tummo is like the cosmic fire.
Through tummo, even this ordinary body can gain enlightenment is this life.
It is the center-beam of the path.
This is my heart's advice.
[89] Luminosity, which dispels the darkness of ignorance, is like a brilliant light.
It dispels the obstructions of the afflicting emotions and brings realization of freshness of self-awareness.
It is the essence of the path.
This is my heart's advice.
[90] The manifestations and transformations of dream practice are like a steed being trained in its skill.
Through this, one masters manifestation and transformation, blending the appearance of day and night.
It is the measure of the path.
This is my heart's advice.
[91] The illusory body is like a reflection of the moon in water.
This instruction destroys attachement to ordinary appearance, the eight wordly concerns, and self-grasping.
It is the foundation of the path.
This is my heart's advice.
[92] Phowa is like a giant garuda flying in the sky.
In an instant, it arrives at the pure land.
It is the messenger of the path.
This is my heart's advice.
[93] The practice of bardo is like traveling the familiar road.
Free from fear, one recognizes confusion as one's own projection.
It is the receptionist of the path.
This is my heart's advice.
[94] The profound path of Six Dharmas is like a treasury of jewels.
It contains all essentials of the classes of tantra.
It is the supreme instruction.
This is my heart's advice.
